Why Enehano and Marketing Cloud Engagement?

NN Insurance decided to modernize its customer communication and marketing automation processes, which had long relied on a standalone email marketing tool with no deep integration into internal data or other systems within the organization. The original solution required a significant amount of manual work, involved complicated consent management, and did not provide high-quality reporting or advanced targeting capabilities.

The main goal was to improve the handling of client data, significantly accelerate the time-to-market for marketing activities, and gradually transition from one-off campaigns to automated, long-term communication across the entire customer lifecycle. At the same time, NN Insurance wanted to expand the communication channels it uses and create a scalable foundation for the further development of digital communication.

The choice of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement naturally built upon the existing implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, with which it forms a single, comprehensive ecosystem for working with client data and activating it in marketing. The implementation was carried out by the Enehana team, which NN Insurance selected through a competitive bidding process based on its deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and experience with similar projects at financial institutions.
