At the same time, we aim to make the world a better place by simplifying and automating routine work. We share our know-how and wealth with those less fortunate, and as a company, we are committed to donating 1% of our annual turnover to CSR initiatives every year.

CSR

We care about our planet and the well-being of others. As members of the Association of Social Responsibility, we take our mission seriously and donate 1% of our annual turnover to CSR initiatives.

We support charitable projects and are proud sponsors of the Women in Tech group, which empowers women through IT education. We also invest in internal employee development and support mental health through funded therapy and talent coaching.

Together with the Synequs holding, Enehano is moving to a new level. By expanding our expertise in data and artificial intelligence, we now offer our clients a complete end-to-end digital transformation solution – covering everything from strategy to implementation, all with a single partner.

Enehano is delivering the largest Salesforce transformation project in the CEE region
Česká spořitelna, the largest Czech bank, decided on a major transformation on the Salesforce platform. They chose Enehano as the general contractor.

We went on a teambuilding trip to the Hawaiian Islands
The founders set a goal to become the best on the Czech market within five years, with the motivation of a company-wide teambuilding trip to Hawaii. They achieved the goal, but due to Covid, we only made it to Hawaii this year.

We opened branches in Brno and Bratislava
We are celebrating our fifth anniversary. Our team is growing not only in Prague. Since 2021, you can also find Salesforce experts in our Brno and Bratislava offices.

Digital Transformation Summit
We organized our first own conference, the Digital Transformation Summit, where our customers themselves share their experiences with transforming to Salesforce. Due to the pandemic, the first edition was held in a virtual format.

We received a Salesforce award
We became a Salesforce Gold Partner and were recognized as the Salesforce Rising Star FY19. Companies such as Zonky, Kiwi.com, Carvago.com, BONTON FILM, Bageterie Boulevard, DPD, and Flowmon Networks chose us as their partner for marketing, service, and sales automation. This allowed us to grow into a team of 50 consultants. For Germany’s T-Systems, we helped replace their SAP CRM with the cloud-based Salesforce CRM. After about a year, we completed the first phase and began rolling out the solution to dozens of branches worldwide.

The largest Salesforce Lightning implementation in the Czech Republic and an international project
ČSOB Insurance entrusted us with the implementation of Salesforce for managing their distribution network. In the tender, we outperformed both Czech and international companies, including members of the Big Four.

For Germany’s T-Systems, we helped replace their SAP CRM with the cloud-based Salesforce CRM. After about a year, we completed the first phase and began rolling out the solution to dozens of branches worldwide.

We are working on a major project for ČSOB in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Based on a recommendation from Equa bank, we began working with ČSOB. Over time, they entrusted us with greater responsibility, and in 2019 we took over the support of their entire Campaign Management, including the real-time marketing component.

Our founders, Jiří Mach and Michal Peška, fell in love with the Salesforce platform. At that time, the Czech market lacked a Salesforce partner with both deep knowledge of large enterprise business processes and the ability to deliver complex software projects. That’s when the name ENEHANO was born, inspired by the Hawaiian words for “business” (ohana) and “technology” (enehana).

Shortly after our founding, we implemented Campaign Management for Equa bank, including integration with existing communication channels, and received the Project of the Year award from IBM.
