The San Francisco-based company needed to automate and streamline its business and sales processes — including marketing automation — and leverage its client data more effectively. Moreover, Productboard wanted its staff focused on advancing the company’s strategic direction rather than implementing systems and procedures that could easily be achieved through automation.
