Marketing Cloud is Salesforce's platform that enables businesses to personally engage with their customers by creating data-driven, personalized customer journeys across multiple channels. It helps you automate your marketing strategies. Marketers can quickly create and tailor content specific to each customer across different channels: email marketing, social media, mobile, online advertising, branch or industry-specific channels, such as ATMs, etc. It leverages one platform so businesses can provide a consistent, cohesive customer experience.
