Enehano, a leading Salesforce consulting company, welcomes a new addition to its leadership team. Michal Mravinač (44), who has spent the past eight years in Salesforce’s European structure, joins as Chief Revenue Officer. He will play a key role in driving business development in Western Europe – especially in the Netherlands, where Enehano recently launched its expansion.
Together with Martin Havelka, who leads project delivery, Mravinač will help establish the Dutch subsidiary. He will be responsible for business development, strategic partnerships, and building relationships with new clients. His experience and strong reputation in the Salesforce ecosystem are expected to open doors for Enehano to new opportunities.
I have known the founders of Enehano practically since the company started as a startup. For eight years we worked closely together while I was at Salesforce, and we built a relationship of trust. I believe in their determination and readiness to go through the transformation needed for international success. I see the opportunity to achieve something only a handful of IT companies from our region have managed – to establish themselves in Western Europe under their own brand.

During his time at Salesforce, Mravinač led international sales teams across Europe and gained deep knowledge not only of Western European markets but also of Salesforce’s internal operations.
Michal knows exactly how Salesforce operates, what matters to its teams, and where a partner like us can deliver the most value. This allows us to create a trusted business channel – between us, Salesforce, and our clients. And that is essential when entering a new market.

The Netherlands is seen by Enehano as a gateway to Western Europe – a market ten times larger than the Czech one, open to digital innovation and with a strong orientation toward English-led projects. Enehano NL plans to target mainly financial services and fintech clients, where the company has strong expertise. There will also be a strong focus on generative AI, data transformation, and custom app development.
We definitely have a lot to offer the Dutch market. In terms of the scale and depth of projects we have delivered in financial services, we have no real competition among local partners. On top of that, we combine top-level Salesforce expertise with additional competencies. The biggest challenge will be to convince customers that we can deliver more, faster, and more efficiently than established local players.

He sees close cooperation with Salesforce Netherlands and successful delivery of first projects with clear added value as a key success factor: “Once the first references and satisfied clients appear, we will gain credibility that will serve as a foundation for further growth,” he adds.
Mravinač is married with three children. He has spent the past 17 years living and working in different countries including the UK, Canada, and Ireland. In his free time, he enjoys sailing and sea kayaking.
