Enehano, a Salesforce consultancy with strong expertise in digital transformation and part of the Czech tech group Synequs, is expanding its leadership team with the addition of Martin Havelka (48). As the new Business Unit Leader, he has joined Enehano and will be responsible for project delivery in the Netherlands, where the company launched its expansion earlier this year under the brand Enehano NL.
A strong presence in Amsterdam will be supported by Martin Havelka, who has spent the past 13 years living and working in the Netherlands. He has joined Enehano NL to lead project delivery, initially focusing on identifying business opportunities, securing the first contracts, and ensuring their successful execution. As Enehano NL develops further, his role will gradually evolve into managing the entire company.
I made the decision to take on this mission very quickly. I was looking for a major new challenge, and establishing a successful company in a new market is exactly that. I am motivated by the chance to build something long-lasting. I also had a very positive feeling from my discussions with both owners, Jiří Mach and Michal Peška, which only reinforced my decision.

In his new role, Havelka will draw on his nearly nine years at Cognizant, a global leader in IT services, where he helped clients modernize technology through cloud migration and AI adoption. He also held senior roles in the Netherlands for major financial groups NN Group and ING.
Martin’s long-term experience in the Dutch market, along with his deep understanding of local customers, their challenges, and needs, is one of the key pillars of our successful expansion. His strong managerial background and leadership skills will be equally valuable for the growth of Enehano NL.

On the personal side, Martin Havelka is married with two children. His daughter Eveline is in high school and aspires to become an architect, while his son Matyáš plans to study economics and pursue a career as a professional football player. His wife Irena works as a teaching assistant at an international school. In his free time, Martin enjoys cooking and staying active – he regularly plays tennis, skis, and skates.
