For Salesforce customers, the timing matters. Salesforce and Anthropic have expanded their own partnership (Claudeforce): Claude is available in Agentforce, and Salesforce in Claude is now in beta, bringing CRM data and actions into Claude under existing Salesforce permissions.
AI doesn’t have to be a separate project: it can grow out of the CRM you already run, with your data model, permissions and governance underneath.
What that means in practice
