Anthropic’s Claude models are now being integrated into the Salesforce ecosystem and will become one of the AI models available in Agentforce. Companies can thus leverage advanced generative AI directly on top of data stored in Salesforce and incorporate it into the everyday work of sales, service, and other teams.

Part of the collaboration also includes deeper integration with Slack, where employees can work with AI when searching for information, analyzing data, or preparing responses. AI thus enters directly into the workflows and tools that teams use every day.

The partnership focuses particularly on regulated industries, such as finance or healthcare, where companies work with sensitive data and have high compliance requirements.
