Delivery of integrated marketing database for T-Mobile
In the project for T-Mobile, collaborating with Telekom Deutschland GmbH since 2018, the focus was on modernizing and integrating systems. Enehano collaborated on creating an integrated marketing database that allows effective planning, management, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various communication channels. The project faced challenges in development, utilizing modern technologies from renowned providers such as Oracle and SAS. Implementations included integrations into existing data sources and communication channels with an emphasis on modern Java frameworks. The extensive project was structured into three pillars, including a data quality module for Oracle and solutions for event and campaign processing with SAS technology. Overall, the project provided a significant benefit in the form of modernization, efficiency in managing marketing activities, and ensuring data cleanliness, contributing to the overall strengthening of T-Mobile’s market position.
