What did the implementation of Salesforce CRM bring to ČSOB Insurance?
In 2018, the management of ČSOB Insurance decided to significantly strengthen the performance of its sales network and offer intermediaries the modern tool Salesforce and its features.
During the project, several technical limitations on the client’s side were identified, which needed to be taken into account in the already running project. We expanded the original project scope several times while maintaining the timeline for the pilot phase.
The preparatory analysis for the new CRM defined three key areas for improvement: optimization of the insurer’s business processes, providing a unified tool for salespeople, and simplifying and saving costs.
