Migration of the Help Desk system for external and internal customers in Pricefx
In the Help Desk system migration project, Pricefx partnered with Enehano, which helped them achieve these goals, provided the necessary know-how, and strengthened the internal administrative team for Salesforce. In addition to implementing Salesforce Service Cloud, the solution also included the implementation of a customer portal using Salesforce Experience Cloud, ensuring that the functions were accessible to external partners as well.
Pricefx planned the integration of various already established systems (Jira, SharePoint, Platform Manager, MS Teams), with maximum use of ‚out of the box‘ features and ‚point and click‘ configuration, allowing them to maintain and develop the system themselves, along with changes to business processes.
