What did DTS 2020 look like?
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we had to transform our offline event to an interactive form. Digital Transformation Summit took place in the virtual world provided by Confer-O-Matic. With their new avatar, participants attended lectures, interviews, stands and networked with the other guests.
This year is going to be no different. We’ll just take a zeppelin and move from the mountains to the tropical Hawaii. In case you’re interested only in the lectures, feel free to watch the livestream. We will broadcast it directly on Enehano’s website.

When and how will we meet?
Thursday 13 May
We’ll kick off at 14:30, but we recommend you to connect at 14:15 at the latest so that we have enough time to test the connection.
How will we meet as we can’t meet in person?
We’re very sad that we can’t meet face to face, but we have the second best and fun alternative for you.
First, you will change into an avatar and then (ca. at 14:15), you will land on Hawaii (in Confer-O-Matic virtual environment) where you can explore all the nooks. Your avatar can visit:

What do I need to join?
You will need a laptop/PC with internet connection. To join the 3D world, you will download a secured app. We will send you all the instructions later on. We recommend you to use your mouse to move around the island in an easier way.
We recommend you to switch off your VPN.
If you want to watch the lectures online, you can do so on this website (via PC, laptop, phone or tablet)
Can I actively participate?
Definitely. We wouldn’t want you to miss out on that We will simulate a live event where you can:
· ask questions related to the lectures;
· discuss in stands with experts and even talk about topics not mentioned in the lecture;
· talk to and meet other participants;
Can I select just one lecture or do I need to attend the entire conference?
You can also attend only the lectures of your choice. In case you need help "to find your way", don’t hesitate and stop by at Enehano stand in the 3D world. The organizers will be happy to help.

How do I log in to Confer-O-Matic virtual world?
A week before the event, we will send you detailed instructions on how to reach the Confer-o-matic island. The process is simple and consists of just a few steps, just like when you download any other app
Can I watch DTS outside the 3D world?
Sure. Although we think it’s more fun to enter the virtual environment, we have a plan B – you can watch live streaming available on the event website.
The streaming link will be provided a week before the event.
Can I use the phone to join?
Yes, you can watch the live streaming of lectures during the entire event via the phone or tablet. Unfortunately, you can’t use these devices to join the 3D world.
