In 2018, the management of ČSOB Insurance decided to significantly strengthen the performance of its sales network and offer intermediaries the modern tool Salesforce and its features.
During the project, several technical limitations on the client’s side were identified, which needed to be taken into account in the already running project. We expanded the original project scope several times while maintaining the timeline for the pilot phase.
The preparatory analysis for the new CRM defined three key areas for improvement: optimization of the insurer’s business processes, providing a unified tool for salespeople, and simplifying and saving costs.

The new CRM became the primary and sole source of information about the client and the status of their products.
They enable the tracking and measurement of a range of new business KPIs.
It simplifies process management and allows for tracking and monitoring the progress of project execution.
For example, setting up picklists within the CRM environment or automatic quality checks of input data.
The ability to work in the field with the same level of detail and security as on a laptop
The business calendar is always at hand, preventing potential conflicts when scheduling meetings.
It brought a significant increase in flexibility when implementing changes in practice and cost savings due to more efficient system management.
Users can access other applications with the same identity through their CRM account.
The quick deployment of the core CRM enabled the preparation of several other consolidation projects.
